Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê (/ˈojɪ/ /ˈvɘko ˈrɘja/ [sudden; abrupt] [wool]) is a temperate Town located in the Betebê Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê was founded by Breshèdo Shesmesí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

The establishment of Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê is buildings are built arround a single spacious cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's size could have. The well-designed, yet cheep has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. This town is as a necropolice.

Cultural Notes

Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is long in Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê.

The Snake, Viper near Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves embarking on a group pilgrimage to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê lost 147 people, 294 livestock, and 43 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 51, when members of Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to bring aid to another fighting force. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Dëcêk-vêko Rêya Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
